Harvey Nichols at Cabot Circus Fashion Weekender, Bristol

Style :
The last show of the day at the Ultimate Fashion Weekender here at Cabot Circus, Bristol was presented by Harvey Nichols. The store has been a monumental hit here since its opening and has fast become one of my favorite stores in Bristol. And how could you not with a third floor bar and restaurant and some amazing designers?

The first look story, Look Sharp was a tailored story with Paul Smith, D&G, own brand Harvey Nichols (which I didn't know they did) Alexander McQueen accessories and Gucci. A slim black tuxedo was a strong look with a great miniature bow tie and high patent shoes - something that can be worn for day wear also. A stunning grey suit by Paul Smith teamed with a white shirt and purple skinny tie was a look which won the crowds over, as did the model wearing it.

The second look, Well Prepped was a mixture of looks encapsulating Lido and Mod which although strong on their own did not work perfectly together - but was a positive effort.
A conceptual blue paneled shirt with a mixture of stripes, block and spot patterning was a piece which stood out along side a Mod, high fashion look. Tom's shoes were a great ethical addition to the mix, teamed with a Vivienne Westwood checked patterned bag. Key overall looks was the shirt and shorts combo, with denim with fabric roll-up trims being a strong indicator for a seasonal trend.

The store is one of the largest regional outlets in the UK, spread over three floors with a really strong collection of accessories such as Marc by Marc Jacobs, Alenxader McQueen scarfs, bags and small leather goods as well as Gucci, Billioniair Boys Club and Dior Homme in aparell.
