We went to the Mussels Farm named Dalboka today. I am not very keen on sea food, but since last summer I like eating "Mussels Nature" very much. The mussels are boiled or roasted with their valves. When you eat them you open each valve to get out the mussels meat. When I saw the dish for the first time I was very ill disposed towards it. But now thanks to my bf, I am not. I made a picture of the restaurant sign so you can see it.
