"Always be well and suitably dressed for every conceivable occasion" - King Edward VIII

Jeweler Links of London are producers of excellence as is E. Tautz, winner of the Menswear award at the British Fashion Awards in 2010. So it is great news to hear that Links will be sponsoring the E.Tautz AW11 show on menswear day during London Fashion Week. I understand that these pieces will be on the catwalk, the classic silver and black leather combination complementing the tailored pieces of E. Tautz.

E. Tautz is no new-comer to the world of menswear despite receiving a renewal in popularity thanks to the invigoration of designer Patrick Grant. With a host of Royal patronage, Hollywood stars as well as past sporting and military elite, the company has been superbly dressing men since 1867.

E.Tautz, in my eyes, has been one of the few old school houses on the illustrious Savile Row to capture the modern imagination of London, thanks to the vision of Patrick Grant. The Row, as it is called, is a major part of mens fashion heritage yet many of its residents (note, not all) have failed to ignite excitement with a new generation of savvy shoppers. This is one show I will be looking forward too.

As for Links of London? Well, it just keeps ahead of the game and goes from strength to strength.
